1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within14-30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund for Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at joharshopping@gmail.com with photos of the product and the issue. We will resolve the issue by sending you a replacement or issuing a refund.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
